It's impossible to play bluegrass style five-string banjo and make it sound Irish, right?

Well, it seems nobody bothered to tell Ray Chandler so he does it anyway. The multi-instrumentalist from Sussex has adopted basic bluegrass fingerpicking and transformed it into his own very - if not Irish at least British - style.

Along with fellow multi-instrumentalist Barry Ruffell, he forms The Rude Mechanicals performing regularly at a local inn in Shoreham.
