I see on your page that Chromaharp made an electric with individually geared pegs - do you know anything about one with these pegs other than the electric? I have an acoustic one on my bench right now with the geared tuners, but can't find anything about it on the web! Nothing on the instrument except the name and the serial number - R69050546 if that means anything.

Bob, I would LOVE to see a photo. I have a Chromaharp Chromalin, but it has standard Autoharp tuners.

Are you trying to restore and play it? My Chromalin is in 90% playable condition, but I'm still trying to get it to hold a tune (that happens when an instrument goes for years untuned).

Here are a few pictures - I apologize in advance for the focus problems :) These show front abd back, and the tuners and uncovered. Also pictured is the tool I had to make to tune it, nothing else in my box would work on it!

Hope this gives you a better idea of what it looks like - sure is one for the books! I have been doing this for over 40 years and this is the first one I have seen like this...

My Response: I've never seen such a thing, but it would be REAL handy, compared to standard autoharp tuning pegs. Best of luck with it!
