After discovering that many links to Amazon and YouTube had been broken, we revisited the Rock Island page and put it into a format which will hopefully be easier to maintain.
We ARE sorry that some of the links - to performances and tracks that are unavailable anywhere now - were broken by music publishers jealous that somebody might hear one of their artist singing a public domain song without them seeing any money. But new links turn up, too, and sometimes the old ones come back.
